Gluten Free Healthy Flour Blend

by

7 ½ cups brown rice flour

4 ½ cups sorghum OR buckwheat OR millet
flour

4
cups tapioca starch OR cornstarch

1 ½ cups potato starch

½ cup potato flour

1/8
cup xanthan gum

 

 

Combine
all of this together, thoroughly.  You
can use a whisk or your stand mixer with whisk attachment.  If you do that you will need to wrap your
mixer with plastic wrap so it doesn’t blow around everywhere. 

 

I
personally use a whisk, whisking after each additional flour.  I also shake it up in the container with the
lid on. 

 

You
want it to be one color with no streaks of different colors.

Menu Plan Monday – 2013 #13

This is surgery day for my husband.  By the time you read this I will already be at the hospital.
This will be a crazy week!  On a brighter note, my dear friend and her kids came this past weekend.  It was a wonderful weekend!  All of us had a wonderful time.  I had baked ahead some treats for us to enjoy….Cranberry Bread (which we ate before they got here.  Sorry, Alex.), Challah Bread and Breakfast Cookies.  We also had a wonderful Easter Dinner with Chocolate Cake for dessert.

This week’s menu:

Monday:
Not sure….with the surgery, I will either pick up Chik Fil A or eat leftovers.

Tuesday:
Turkey Tenderloin
Sweet Potatoes
Veg

Wednesday:
Chilaquiles
Rice

DOUBLE RICE for meal on Friday

Thursday:

Burgers
Chips OR Oven Fries

Friday:
Teriyaki Beef
rice
Carrots

Saturday:
Beef Pot Pie

FILLING IN FREEZER from beef stew I made last Saturday

Sunday:
New England Cheese Soup
