I always feel bad when I don’t get at least one post up in a week. So sorry for the “radio silence”. I will be searching for a time when I can sit down and input several recipes and get those up and out for you to try and enjoy. In the meantime, here’s my menu plan for the week.

Rice – Make double and use on Thursday
Chicken Nuggets (I will probably “bake” these on the grill.)Chips or maybe potatoes
Fruit and/or salad

(Freezer to crockpot)

Smoky Paprika Chicken Soup
