Hello, March! I was hoping for a little more Spring-like weather, but not so far. I think this week it will have a few warm days. I really want to get back to walking every morning. Since this cold weather I haven’t been able willing to walk like I was. I have been trying to walk with a friend twice a week. I’m thankful for that, but really want to get back to more of it.
I have been on a quest for gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free chocolates. I am making great progress. For fillings I have made DF Caramel (with refined sugar), I also found a DF, refined sugar free “caramel” sauce that is really good. I also made a toasted coconut butter filling and I have two other filling recipes to try… mint and vanilla. I will try to take pictures and get recipes up on the blog soon. For now here’s the menu for the week:
