Plan for the week:

Monday: Roast Chicken and veggies

Tuesday: Beef Short Ribs (if I get to the store, this might get juggled)

Wednesday: Chicken Lettuce Wraps – reminiscent of PF Changs, I made them once and everyone loved them

Thursday: Meatloaf, baked potatoes and salad

Friday: maybe leftovers

Saturday: Pizza

Sunday: Chicken Soup
