The last week has been a whirlwind.  My husband had “spur of the moment” knee replacement surgery.  It was going to be a month or so out and then they had an opening for this past Monday.   I did have a menu plan, but didn’t get around to posting it with all the hullabaloo.  We were also blessed with two meals, plus a meal brought to me at the hospital, so I didn’t have to worry about bringing food or making poor food choices.  Such a blessing.

Rant:  Products that say wheat free and/or gluten free, but have been processed in a warehouse that also produces wheat.  I bought two things this week without careful consideration. Ugh!
