I have been working on my schedule this past week, school, housework, blogging, seeing family, menu planning, I could go on and on. Trying to balance everything and get it all done really is next to impossible! Planning should help, theoretically. A plan is just that, a plan, plans change, circumstances change and sometimes you have to change, rearrange or ditch the plan altogether. I’m still working on being more flexible. Last week was a busy one, again. It seems like more busy weeks than not lately. I do have a menu plan through the first week of April ready though, big accomplishment. I also formulated a new recipe, I think it may need a few tweaks, but hope to share it soon, it’s Key Lime Pie Crazy Cake, spin-off of Chocolate Crazy Cake which is crazy good, as a bonus it’s not only GF, but Egg Free, Nut Free and easily Dairy Free.
