As this year is winding down I can’t seem to stay on top of everything. We had several things going on last week including a Medical Clinic at our church. It was an awesome outreach. We served about 30 people from the community. This coming week is a another busy one…. We will be going to a local dairy that does a fall theme and has milking demo and teaches about the process of cow to store. Last week one of the younger kids and I attended a class at the Apple Store and there’s one for the older kids this coming week.
I just won a new cookbook – 365 Slow Cook Suppers by Stephanie O’dea. I have been using it, trying many recipes. It has been awesome. I’m going to have a slew of recipes for summer to keep the kitchen cool and enjoy it over the winter for easy meals and dinner on the table without the rush around dinner time.
I have several new recipes I’ve tried. Just haven’t had time to get them on the computer.
