I am still feeling the affects of the medicine I had to take, though I am done the medicine still lingers in the body.  The last few days I have been able to function at about 50%, which is so much better than where I was.  I was greatly blessed by several people with meals/food/gift cards and for that I am thankful.  My mom took the kids on the worst day, it’s times like that I am so glad she only lives five minutes away.

I was able between Saturday and Sunday to get my menu plan for August done.  I also did a bit of school planning, once my mind was clear enough.  So at least the last 10 days weren’t completely wasted.

My menu for the week will be pretty easy, work-wise, I don’t want to over-do this week as I am trying to get back on my feet.  I am trying one new recipe, but it’s a marinade and is super simple and easy.  A shout out to Kala, I hope you’ve found some things on here to help you get started on your GF journey.
